Jaclyn is a dedicated small animal veterinarian with over 15 years of experience. She grew up in America with a passion for animals, science, and healthcare. After considering a career in human medicine, she combined her interests to pursue veterinary medicine. Jaclyn trained and worked in New York City before moving to Sydney in 2014 and joining the Vaucluse Vet team.

In 2023, Jaclyn became the owner of Vaucluse Vet and realised her vision to create an innovative, upscale clinic at 46 New South Head Rd. Since taking ownership, she has focused on expanding and enhancing the healthcare provided to pets in the community, building a stronger, more diverse team, and implementing the highest standards of care. Jaclyn can be found consulting and performing surgery most days while continuing to lead initiatives that benefit both patients and the broader community.

Jaclyn has completed extra training in emergency medicine, surgery, and veterinary acupuncture and has a special interest in geriatric patient care🩷. She has also completed additional studies at Taronga Zoo for native wildlife care.

Outside of the clinic, Jaclyn loves spending time with her family and is a mum of 2! She loves cooking, travelling, hosting friends, and taking care of her pets, Lucy the cavoodle and Finn the cat!
